Shipping Policy

We ship through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Once your package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day.
  • Weekend orders require 48–72 hours for processing.
  • To request a signature on delivery, contact us at support@luxryder.com.
  • If you reach out the same day you placed your order, we may be able to make changes—depending on the order status. Please email us at support@luxryder.com with the subject “ORDER CHANGE”.

International Orders
We ship internationally through UPS and DHL. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Preorders
Preorder items ship in 3–4 weeks. Each piece is carefully made to ensure top quality.
