Returns or Exchanges

We provide return labels only for items that are damaged or incorrect within 30 days of the order date. For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping items back to us; we cover the cost of shipping replacements.

Start your return or exchange online within 30 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and include your receipt. Processing may take up to 7 days.

International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping and duties unless an incorrect item was sent.

Gift Items
Items from promotions (bundles, free gifts, etc.) may be exchanged only. Refunds are not available for promotional items.

Custom Items
Custom vests and handmade items are final sale—no refunds or exchanges. Please confirm your size before ordering; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Any issues with measurements or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving your custom item.
